pr77 Terms & Conditions – Legal Agreement Governing Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the pr77 platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "pr77," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of pr77. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms signifies your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use pr77. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. pr77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is intended solely for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. By using pr77, you confirm that online gaming is legal in your specific location within the Philippines and that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited. pr77 employs geo-location verification technology and reserves the right to block access from prohibited jurisdictions.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) pr77 account. You may not register multiple accounts under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts, share accounts, or transfer accounts to third parties will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must notify pr77 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. pr77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, pr77 is required to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide accurate personal information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number.

pr77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time, including:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

4.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Once self-exclusion is activated, your account will be immediately closed, and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or play for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the selected period. pr77 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new accounts during a self-exclusion period, but you acknowledge that you bear primary responsibility for refraining from attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

4.4 Underage Gaming Prevention

pr77 operates a strict policy prohibiting access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. We employ age verification systems and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we discover that a user under the age of 21 has accessed the Platform, the account will be immediately closed, and any deposits or winnings will be forfeited.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pr77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier interface and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited to your pr77 account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers and other methods may take between 5 minutes and 24 hours to process, depending on the payment provider and banking hours. pr77 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose fees which are beyond our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete)
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (currently ₱100 for GCash and Maya)
• You must have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements
• The withdrawal must be to a payment method registered in your own name

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

pr77 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: 15–30 minutes during business hours
• Bank transfers: 1–3 business days
• Other methods: Up to 5 business days

Withdrawal times may be extended if additional verification is required or if the request is flagged by our automated fraud detection systems. pr77 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not comply with these Terms or applicable law.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

pr77 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. As such, we reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, particularly those involving large amounts or unusual transaction patterns. You may be required to provide additional documentation proving the source of deposited funds. Failure to cooperate with AML verification requests may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

pr77 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x the bonus). You must wager the required amount on eligible games within the specified timeframe, or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pr77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, promotion, or winnings derived therefrom if we determine in our sole discretion that you have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Colluding with other users to exploit bonus terms
• Using automated systems or bots to meet wagering requirements
• Exploiting software errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on pr77 are provided by third-party suppliers and operate using either certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment. pr77 does not control, manipulate, or alter game outcomes. All games are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on pr77 is governed by its own specific rules, payout tables, and house edge, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. pr77 is not responsible for losses resulting from misunderstanding of game rules.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay, pr77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore your game state. If a game result cannot be determined due to a malfunction, the bet will be voided and your stake returned to your account balance. pr77's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the affected stake amount and does not extend to any consequential losses.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Exploiting identified software bugs or errors without reporting them to pr77
• Placing bets in a pattern designed to exploit bonus terms or promotional offers
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering

pr77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with such conduct.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by pr77

pr77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You provide false or misleading registration information
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order
• Your account activity triggers anti-fraud or AML alerts
• You are under 21 years of age
• We determine that your continued use poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to pr77

8.2 Termination by User

You may close your pr77 account at any time by submitting a request to our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of outstanding charges and compliance review) will be returned to your registered payment method within 30 business days, provided that all KYC and AML requirements have been satisfied.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pr77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month against the dormant account balance, provided the balance remains positive. You will be notified via your registered mobile number or email address before any inactivity fees are applied. A dormant account may be reactivated by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the pr77 platform are owned by or licensed to pr77 and are protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from pr77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pr77, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Game outcomes, which are determined by RNG or live dealer equipment outside pr77's direct control
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform

pr77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pr77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any false or misleading information provided during registration or verification.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. pr77 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the pr77 platform, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your rights to file a complaint with PAGCOR regarding the conduct of pr77's licensed operations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pr77 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at pr77.cam/terms-conditions. We will notify registered users of material changes via SMS to the registered mobile number or via a notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pr77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
